    The tickets sont display. If them Late. Support is helping sometimes. I have hospitality: It is close now. I Tool 90 min to find my Ticket. Now I have no toilettes and no Food. Really bad

    I bought my Gold hospitality ticket already last year. At the homepage I can get my invoice and all is confirmed. No ticket to retrieve in the app. Uninstalled the app several times Nobody is answering the hotline number located in London for Germany!!! No response to an email so fare… Hope it will be solved the next days and the nightmare is over

    I purchased the most expensive hospitality ticket category online with a new account. Looks like I can‘t use the exact same account to login to the app. I was prompted to create another one with the same email address. However, NO tickets show up and there is no way to enter the confirmation number or anything. A nightmare for VIP guests! A simple wallet ticket or PDF would be 100x better. What a waste of resources and money to build this app

    Transfer doesnt work. I tried via Mail an WhatsApp. No Chance. Only a link to Guide you to the App.

    The transfer doesn‘t work. The link only says download the app, but the app was downloaded before and nothing happened.

    I got SMS and should download this app for my tickets, it works with app-download and installation. But, with the same account and password I can only login on web version, but not within the app. I always get the “ An error occurred.” and with resetting the password didn’t help much! It’s really weird!

    The app is very responsive and it updates really quick whenever you resell a ticket or do something else with your ticket. Performance is also good! Nothing to complain.
